Photos that file themselves
Drop in a day's worth of scouting and every photo comes back tagged: style, era, what's in the room, what it could play as. When the director asks for a mid-century kitchen with morning light, you search instead of scrolling back through six years of folders.
Each plan comes with a monthly number of photos to tag. Uploading and storing is always free. Prep ran long? Top-up packs are yours for good, and never lost if you change plans.
The walkthrough, next to the stills
Shoot the walk from the parking to the front door on your phone and it lives on the location, next to the photos and the owner's number. The DP sees the ceiling height and the load-in without a second scout, and a director sees it from a shared link.
Hours of it on every plan. Your phone shrinks the file before it uploads, so it goes up on set Wi-Fi. What you've uploaded stays playable, whatever plan you're on.
Every colleague you invite grows both accounts
Invite the coordinator, the scout you trade jobs with, the manager on the next show. Once they add their first location, you both get more room, for good. Bring a whole department and the Expert Advisor program pays you a commission and gives them 10% off for life.
- What happens when I hit the location limit?
- Nothing you have is touched. Adding more waits until you make room or move up a plan.
- Do the people I share with need a plan?
- No. Directors, producers and the DP open your link with no account and no plan. The plan is yours alone.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- It stays. Every location, photo and walkthrough is still there; you just can't add past the new limit until you're back under it.
- Is my location data private?
- Private until you share it, and every link can be pulled back. Photos you tag go through a third-party AI, so keep the NDA ones untagged.
