Shares that hide rates and contacts by role

The director gets photos and comments. The producer also gets rates and addresses. The location manager gets the owner's number. One link, no account, no 200 MB PDF.

How it works

01Three roles
Creative Team: photos, comments, references. Production Team: plus rates and addresses. Locations Team: plus the owner and the right to edit.
02By name or by link
Named invites sign in. A public link opens for whoever holds it. Set up separately, revoked separately.
03Send only the finals
Set Show to Final and recipients open on the shortlist. They can widen it to scout picks or everything.
04Expire it, revoke it
A link with a date stops working on its own. Revoke kills it for everyone at once; named invites keep their access.
